The winder is the core equipment at the end of the production of coil stock (such as film, paper, non-woven fabric) and its core function is to accurately and evenly wind the long strip coil stock produced continuously onto the winding shaft, forming a regular finished coil for subsequent storage, transportation and processing. Its key performance is reflected in the winding accuracy and stability: through the tension control system to adjust the tightness of the coil, and the alignment mechanism to ensure the edge alignment, the coil wrinkling or deviation. When carbon fiber materials are used, replace the traditional metal winding shaft and guide roller, and rely on the lightweight (density is only 1/ of steel) characteristics of carbon fiber to reduce the inertial force of high-speed rotation, so that the start and stop are more sensitive; at the same time, its highidity can suppress the deformation of the roller, ensuring that the tension of the coil is uniform during winding, especially suitable for thin, easy to stretch high-end coil stock (such electronic film), to improve the flatness and consistency of the finished coil.
